N-CheckUp Brand Receives NAFDAC Certification: 26 Rapid Diagnostic Products Cleared for Nigerian Market

NASENI-TROMENT Biotechnologies has received formal certification from the National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) — covering both the manufacturing facility itself and 26 products under the N-CheckUp brand.

The certification marks a critical milestone: N-CheckUp diagnostic kits are now legally authorised for sale and distribution in Nigeria, opening the door to commercial supply relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and humanitarian organisations across the country.

What Has Been Certified

NAFDAC has certified the NASENI-TROMENT facility at Idu Industrial Area, Abuja, confirming that it meets all regulatory requirements for a medical device manufacturing operation. In parallel, 26 product lines across the N-CheckUp portfolio have been individually registered — covering both professional-use kits for clinical settings and self-test kits for individual home use.

Certified products include rapid diagnostic tests for Malaria, HIV 1/2, Hepatitis B and C, COVID-19 Antigen, Typhoid, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Meningitis, Yellow Fever, Zika Virus, and Pregnancy — among others.
