NASENI-TROMENT Biotechnologies is the product of a deliberate, strategic alliance between Nigeria's federal government, a healthcare infrastructure group with roots going back to 1951, and a European diagnostics manufacturer with over 25 years of global registration experience.

The National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure was established with a unique and enduring mission: to build and nurture a science and engineering infrastructure base for achieving home-initiated and home-sustained industrialisation through the development of relevant processes, capital goods, and equipment.
NASENI does not work in isolation. It actively engages with academia, corporate entities, and government partners to enhance industrial services and explore strategic solutions to drive national development. The partnership with TROMENT is a direct expression of that mandate.

TROMENT Nigeria Limited has been a key player in Nigeria's healthcare sector since its official registration in 2012. The company specialises in hospital development, medical equipment distribution and maintenance, and device supply, striving to enhance healthcare infrastructure and improve access to quality healthcare services.
TROMENT is backed by the Samir Hani Group, which has been active in healthcare infrastructure since 1951 - with operations spanning Nigeria, Lebanon, Canada, Qatar, Sudan, and Benin. It was TROMENT that first identified the opportunity, submitted the letter of intent in December 2023, and brought Vision Biotechnology to the table.

An established European diagnostics manufacturer with over 25 years of experience. Vision Biotechnology holds an extensive portfolio of registered products in Germany, France, the United States, Turkey, and across Western Europe. Their role is central to what makes NASENI-TROMENT genuinely unique: they have provided a complete and unrestricted technology transfer - including production know-how, scientific dossiers, IP ownership, regulatory pathways, and ongoing QC/QA support. This is not a licensing arrangement. The technology now belongs to NASENI-TROMENT.
