NASENI was established with a unique and enduring mission: to build and nurture a science and engineering infrastructure base for achieving home-initiated and home-sustained industrialisation. It explicitly strives for transformational change without working in isolation, recognising the importance of collaboration with academia, corporate entities, and government partners.
It is within this collaborative philosophy that NASENI formed its partnership with TROMENT in February 2024 - the most significant public-private partnership in Nigerian healthcare manufacturing history.

The Samir Hani Group has been building healthcare infrastructure across the Middle East and Africa since 1951 - with active operations spanning Nigeria, Lebanon, Canada, Qatar, Sudan, and Benin. TROMENT Nigeria Limited is the Group's Nigerian vehicle, specialising in hospital development, medical equipment distribution and maintenance, and healthcare device supply.
It was TROMENT that first identified the opportunity, submitted the letter of intent to NASENI in December 2023, and brought Vision Biotechnology's technology transfer capability to the table. Dr. Selim Hani, the Group's Vice President, serves as founding CEO of NASENI-TROMENT Biotechnologies.

Active in Nigeria · Lebanon · Canada · Qatar · Sudan · Benin - providing established logistics and commercial networks for N-CheckUp's international distribution strategy.
Vision Biotechnology
Established European Diagnostics Manufacturer · 25+ Years Experience
Vision Biotechnology is an established European in-vitro diagnostics manufacturer with over 25 years of experience developing and manufacturing rapid diagnostic tests. Its portfolio of registered products spans Germany, France, the United States, Turkey, and markets across Western Europe.
Vision Biotechnology's role in the NASENI-TROMENT partnership is singular: they have provided a complete, unrestricted technology transfer - including all production know-how, scientific dossiers, IP ownership, quality systems documentation, and ongoing Quality Control and Quality Assurance support. This is not a licensing arrangement. The technology, the files, and the intellectual property now belong to NASENI-TROMENT.
